2-5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital projects.Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and branding.Ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced environment.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Experience with image editing, retouching, and visual storytelling.
