•    Track and report on support metrics and support team performance.
•    Track, Identify, and add qualified prospects to the sales pipeline.
•    Maintaining accurate logs of all transportation and goods.
•    Monitor deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction.
•    Preparation of appropriate and accurate logistics reports for upper management.
•    Managing the bid process through to closure Ensuring client issues are escalated to the relevant parties within the product working with designated partner organizations on specific opportunities.
•    Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business.
•    Executing sales activities (e.g., presentations) Negotiating and commercial management of designated Accounts.
•    Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.
•    Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals.
•    Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders.
•    Track and report on the status of proposal components and provide relevant data and analysis to the PM.
  •    Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or similar.•    At least one year experience•    Proficient in using MS applications, particularly Word & Excel & Power PI & Power Point.•    Multi-task, problem-solve and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment.•    Strong interpersonal communication & organizational & Presentation skills.•    Very good in the English Language.•    Previous experience in ERP .•    Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas.
