● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.● 2-5 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.● Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interview methodologies.● Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.● Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.● Ability to analyze data and recruitment metrics to drive decision-making.● Strong organizational and time-management skills.● Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
