Key Responsibilities (Egypt focus)
Hiring & Onboarding:
- JD writing (EN/AR), sourcing (WUZZUF/LinkedIn/Referrals), interviews, offers, Form 1 and structured onboarding.
HR Ops & Payroll:
- HRIS/attendance, vacations & sick leaves, monthly payroll (gross→net, tax/social calc), medical insurance, and employee files per law.
Policies & Compliance:
- Draft/update policies (attendance, leaves, overtime), ensure compliance with Labor Law, handle Form 2/6, labor office queries, and investigations.
Performance & Development:
- Annual/bi-annual reviews, objectives/KPIs, training needs, and simple career paths.
Comp & Benefits:
- Salary structures/grades, annual reviews, promotions/adjustments, allowances (transportation/mobile), vendor management.
Employee Relations:
- Grievances, warnings/disciplinary actions, exit process, and engagement activities.
Analytics & Budget:
- Hiring pipeline, turnover, attendance, and HR cost dashboard.
Requirements4–8 years HR experience (generalist); 3+ years in a standalone or lead role in Egypt.Strong command of Egyptian Labor Law & Social Insurance procedures.Hands-on with HRIS & payroll (e.g., Odoo/Zoho/HITS/Excel).Excellent Arabic & English communication; confident coaching managers.Plus: CIPD L5/SHRM-CP, experience in mid-size/fast-growing companies.
