Recruitment Specialist

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with the HR manager to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates using various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3 to 6 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
