Minimum of 2 years and up to 5 years of experience in office management or a related administrative role.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Demonstrated leadership skills and experience supervising administrative staff.Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Experience with office budgeting, procurement, and vendor management.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.Willingness to work on-site in an office-based arrangement.
