Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.4 to 6 years of experience in the Real Estate Development field (mandatory).Solid knowledge of local and international accounting standards.Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
