We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of its digital marketing strategy to do:
- Design and manage the digital marketing department, including the marketing strategies, database, emails, campaigns, and display advertising.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve ROI, ROAS and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing solutions.
- Plan and manage the company's social media presence across various platforms.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and create insightful reports.
- Collaborate with advertising and media experts to optimize marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Oversee and manage all digital contests, giveaways, and other projects.
Minimum age 35.BS/MS degree in Marketing or a relevant field.Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising.Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.Experience managing budgets and optimizing spend for maximum ROI.Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends).Strong creativity and analytical skills.Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.Solid management skills to lead a team.
