- Administer day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
- Manage employee records, attendance, and leave tracking to ensure accurate documentation.
- Assist in the development and execution of employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs for staff.
- Handle employee relations matters, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts professionally.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with the finance department.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making.
- Participate in performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
- Ensure workplace health, safety, and compliance standards are maintained.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2-5 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar HR role.Strong understanding of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR information systems.Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
