We’re a growing team with a hands-on approach, and we’re looking for a driven Sales Representative who can connect directly with business owners, build trust, and introduce them to the value of CCS.

 

 

Role Overview

 

As a Sales Representative at CCS, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth — meeting business owners face-to-face, making calls, and demonstrating how CCS can help them manage their clients and operations better.

 

This role blends field sales (door-to-door) with inside sales (calls and demos), requiring confidence, resilience, and strong communication skills. You’ll manage your own territory, identify opportunities, and play a direct role in expanding our client base.

Having your own means of transportation is a plus, as you’ll frequently visit different business locations.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect & Outreach: Identify potential clients (mainly startups and small businesses) through research, door-to-door visits, and cold calling.

• Product Presentations: Deliver compelling in-person and virtual demos that show how CCS can simplify workflow and client management.

• Lead Management: Track all leads, follow-ups, and progress using the CCS CRM platform.

• Relationship Building: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with business owners and decision-makers.

• Sales Conversion: Follow up with prospects to close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Territory Planning: Organize and optimize field routes and outreach schedules for maximum efficiency.

• Market Insight: Report back on client feedback, objections, and opportunities to help improve sales strategy and product positioning.

• Collaboration: Work with marketing to align messaging and campaigns that support your sales activities.
