Apexos Food & Beverage is an emerging company operating a multi-brand production facility dedicated to the coffee industry. We currently manage two brands: Rafima Coffee Roasters and Mestila Coffee. Both offering a premium portfolio that includes espresso, Turkish coffee, and Nespresso compatible capsules.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and own all sales and marketing initiatives/teams to drive business growth.
- Work closely with the marketing agency to design and execute effective strategies for online and offline presence.
- Acquire and onboard new clients
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers.
- Stay ahead of market trends and recommend new developments to keep the brand competitive.
- Plan and deliver impactful marketing activations at high-visibility locations (District 5, CFC, Almaza, etc..)
- • Manage the company’s presence at top local and global exhibitions like (ECF, Cafex, Hace, Food Africa, Gulfood, Host Milano, Sial Paris, etc..) to boost visibility and expand networks.
Experience in developing and implementing sales strategiesStrong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage customer relationships and achieve sales targetsExpertise in market analysis and sales forecastingKnowledge of the HORECA segment and industry trendsRelevant experience in the food and beverage industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent English language skills
