Responsibilities:
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Define and implement selection criteria.
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
Plan and manage interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
Review and assess candidate information (resumes, contact details, etc.) using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
Support in forecasting quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
Experience:
Strong background in blue-collar and factory recruitment.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist within the FMCG or Food Production industry.Familiarity with social media platforms, resume databases, and professional networks for sourcing candidates.Hands-on experience managing the full recruitment cycle using diverse interview techniques and assessment methods.Solid understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Strong insight into the differences between various roles and functions across an organization.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
