Job Description:

We’re looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with deep expertise in QuickBooks and full-cycle accounting.
The ideal candidate will manage all daily accounting operations, build internal control systems, and deliver accurate, insightful reports that support strategic decisions during a phase of restructuring and growth.
This role combines technical precision in QuickBooks with strategic financial insight.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Full-Cycle Accounting (QuickBooks Focus)

Manage the full accounting cycle in QuickBooks: data entry, journal postings, invoicing, payments, and closing.

Customize and maintain the chart of accounts, cost centers, and class tracking aligned with company operations.

Oversee bank, vendor, and client reconciliations ensuring all balances are accurate and supported by documentation.

Handle accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow forecasting directly through QuickBooks.

Upload quotations and maintain the list of charges within QuickBooks.

2. Documentary Cycle & Internal Controls

Design and execute a complete documentary accounting cycle linking each transaction to its source (invoices, POs, bank slips, etc.).

Implement control procedures and approval workflows inside QuickBooks to ensure compliance and integrity.

Prepare audit-ready files with full supporting documentation and reconciliations.

3. Financial Reporting & Analysis

Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements directly from QuickBooks (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).

Build Excel-linked dashboards and reconciliation sheets for management review.

Conduct variance analysis and budget-to-actual comparisons to guide leadership decisions.

4. Leadership & Communication

Report financial results to leadership clearly and professionally.

Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and cross-departmental teams.

Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, ensuring all documentation meets professional standards.
