Guest Relations Agent

  1. Review arrival lists to welcome guests.
  2. Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries.
  3. Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers.
  4. Address customer complaints and escalate to Guest Relations Manager when needed.
  5. Ensure compliance with health and quality standards.

     

BSc/BA in Hospitality Management is preferred.1-3 years of previous experience as a Guest Relations Agent in the Boats and Nightlife industry is a Must.Proven experience in systems such as FOH system or related system.Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.A customer-oriented and professional attitude.An outgoing personality is a Must. Outstanding communication abilities.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
