Role Overview:
Coordinate and execute all stages of the visa application service process (especially Schengen visas), from receiving the client’s request to delivering the passport, ensuring a professional and efficient service that enhances customer satisfaction and reinforces the company’s reputation as an accredited service provider.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive client inquiries and provide detailed information regarding visa requirements.
- Review submitted documents and verify that all requirements are met.
- Complete online visa application forms and manage appointment bookings with visa centers (VFS / TLS / BLS).
- Coordinate with centers and embassies regarding files, appointments, and passport collection or delivery.
- Prepare travel files (flight and hotel bookings, medical insurance).
- Enter and maintain client data in the electronic system while adhering to data protection policies.
- Prepare weekly reports on the number of applications, completed cases, and client feedback.
- Follow up on visa fees and payments, coordinating with the finance department.
- Support marketing efforts by providing feedback on client requirements and market trends.
- Strictly comply with confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism when handling client data and official documents.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Business Administration – Languages – Tourism – Public Relations).3–7 years of experience in the field of visa services, travel, and tourism. Experience in (VFS / TLS centers) is preferred.3–5 years of experience dealing with embassies and diplomatic entities.Excellent command of English and German (spoken and written).Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office and online application systems.Strong organizational and communication skills with clients, external entities, and stakeholders.Personal and Behavioral Skills:Accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines.Politeness and professional appearance when dealing with clients.Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.Commitment to confidentiality and responsibility.Initiative, eagerness to learn, self-motivation, and continuous improvement.Work Location:Company Office – Cairo
