Role Purpose
- Take charge of the school’s comprehensive marketing and communications strategy with the goal of generating a steady stream of qualified admissions inquiries. This involves developing targeted campaigns that highlight the unique strengths and offerings of the school, such as academic programs, extracurricular activities, and community involvement.
- In addition to attracting prospective families, you will work to enhance the school’s brand reputation by creating compelling content that showcases success stories, student achievements, and positive educational outcomes. Engaging parents, students, and the wider community will be a key focus, utilizing a mix of digital marketing, social media, events, and public relations efforts to create a sense of belonging and pride in the school community.

Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to a vibrant school culture while positioning the institution as a leader in education within the community.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Planning
- Develop an annual marketing plan aligned with enrollment targets and the school calendar.
- Own brand positioning, messaging, and content strategy across audiences (local/expat).
- Manage the marketing budget and monthly performance reporting.
Admissions and Enrollment Marketing
- Build full-funnel campaigns to generate inquiries, campus tour bookings, and applications.
- Partner with Admissions on lead nurturing, open days, school tours, and conversion tracking.
- Implement CRM/marketing automation journeys (email, SMS, WhatsApp) with clear SLAs.
Digital and Performance Marketing
- Manage website, SEO, blog, and landing pages; ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Run paid media (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok), track CAC/ROAS, and optimize creatives.
- Oversee social media calendars, community engagement, and reputation management.
Content, PR, and Events
- Produce high-quality photo/video stories, newsletters, and parent communications.
- Coordinate school events, open houses, and partnerships; secure media coverage.
- Ensure brand consistency across signage, prospectuses, and all printed materials.
Stakeholder Communications
- Maintain internal comms with academic leaders; support crisis and incident communications.
- Act as point of contact for agencies, photographers, and printers; manage SLAs.
Data and Compliance
- Build dashboards (leads, tours, applications, conversions, yield, source attribution).
- Ensure compliance with MoE/local guidelines, child protection, consent for media, and data privacy.
Working Conditions
- Full-time on campus; occasional evenings/weekends for events and peak admissions periods.
- Collaborates closely with Admissions, Academics, and Operations.
Salary Range
- Base salary (gross): EGP 35,000–60,000 per month, depending on scope and experience.

Education: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Master’s is a plus. Experience: 5–8 years in marketing; at least 2–3 years in a lead role. Experience in education, hospitality, or services preferred. Proven record of delivering enrollment growth or measurable lead generation.
