Role Purpose
- Collaborate closely with the School Manager to streamline daily operations and enhance the overall educational experience for students and staff. This includes facilitating the coordination of academic activities, ensuring that curriculum delivery is effective and impactful. Support various administrative tasks, such as managing schedules, overseeing student records, and assisting with the implementation of school policies.
- Additionally, build and nurture positive relationships with stakeholders, including parents, community members, and educational partners, to promote a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere. Engage in community outreach initiatives and organize events that encourage active participation and foster a sense of belonging within the school. By focusing on these areas, contribute to creating a safe, efficient, and high-quality learning environment that meets the needs of all students and supports their academic and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities
Academic coordination
- Support timetable creation, exam schedules, and academic calendars.
- Monitor curriculum delivery milestones with Heads of Department; track assessment cycles.
- Coordinate accreditation and inspection readiness with academic leadership.
Student experience and safeguarding
- Oversee attendance processes, discipline frameworks, and safeguarding reporting.
- Support inclusion/learning support coordination and student wellbeing initiatives.
- Lead assemblies, events, and co-curricular program alignment.
Administration and records
- Supervise front desk, parent communications, and official correspondence.
- Ensure accuracy of SIS data (enrollment, attendance, reports) and document control.
Events, activities, and community
- Lead termly event plans (concerts, sports days, parent meetings, trips).
- Coordinate evening activities
- Serve as a point of contact for parents; manage feedback and complaint resolution.
Compliance and reporting
- Prepare documentation for MOE/licensing, audits, and accreditation reviews.
- Generate periodic KPI dashboards and operations reports for leadership.
Working Conditions
- Full-time on campus, 5–6 days/week depending on the school calendar; availability for peak periods (start of term, exams, events).
- On-call support during critical events or emergencies.
Salary Range
- EGP 32,000–55,000 per month (gross), depending on the candidate's profile.

Education: A bachelor's degree in education, business administration, operations, or a related field is required; a master's degree is preferred.Experience: Candidates should have 5–8 years of experience in international or K–12 school operations or administration, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.Knowledge: Familiarity with international curricula, such as IB, Cambridge, American, or similar programs.A strong understanding of school operations, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices, safeguarding, and local regulations.Experience with school information systems and proficiency in Google Workspace/Microsoft 365 are essential. Key Skills and CompetenciesLeadership and team coordination; ability to manage cross-functional teams.Excellent communication in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.Planning and problem-solving under time pressure; attention to detail.Data literacy: reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking.Stakeholder management with parents, students, staff, and vendors.HSE and risk management basics; incident handling and documentation.High integrity, confidentiality, and service mindset.
