- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
- Manage payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and vendor management.
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and classified.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.

- Assist in all bank inquires and visits.
- Support in clients invoices collection.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.2-5 years of professional experience in accounting or finance roles.Proven experience with payroll processing and related compliance requirements.Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.Demonstrated integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of financial information.
