Role Purpose
- Deliver a professional first point of contact for parents, students, visitors, and vendors while providing administrative support that ensures smooth daily operations, accurate records, and timely communication.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Operations
- Greet and assist parents, students, and visitors; manage sign-in/out and visitor badges.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp; route inquiries and log messages within SLA.
- Manage reception calendar, meeting room bookings, and staff/parent appointments.
- Coordinate deliveries, mail (incoming/outgoing), and courier services.
Administration and Records
- Prepare letters, certificates, and official documents for students and staff.
- Maintain student and staff records, files, and archives (digital and physical) per privacy policies.
- Update SIS/CRM entries (enrollment, attendance, contact details) accurately and on time.
- Support document collection for admissions, compliance, and accreditation.
Communication and Parent Support
- Send announcements, newsletters, and notices via email/SMS/WhatsApp and portals.
- Provide timely information on schedules, events, fees, and procedures; log and follow up on parent requests and complaints.
- Coordinate event logistics at reception (open days, meetings, interviews).
Operations Support
- Assist with printing, copying, and inventory of stationery and front-office supplies.
- Support emergency/safety protocols at reception (visitor control, incident logging).
Collaboration
- Liaise with Admissions, Academics, HR, Finance, and Transport for smooth processes.
- Support exam and activity schedules (invigilation lists, room readiness, sign-in sheets).
Working Conditions
- Full-time on campus; standard school hours with occasional early/late shifts for events.
- Front-of-house role with high daily interaction; dress code and professionalism required.
Salary Range
- Base salary (gross): EGP 14,000–24,000 per month, depending on experience.
