- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed pharmaceutical sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales & District Manager professionals to ensure high performance and continuous development.

- Provide day-to-day support and training to field force (Sales Reps, Medical Liaisons, etc.) and internal teams on the proper use of the CRM system and reporting.
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
