Sales Executive Opportunity at TAM GROUP (SE-21)

We’re seeking a dynamic and competitive Sales Executive to drive our customer acquisition and revenue growth, you will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Key Responsibilities
•Achieve growth and meet sales targets through strategic sales planning.
•Conduct market research to identify opportunities and understand customer needs.
•Actively seek out new sales opportunities via cold calling, networking, and social media.
•Develop and implement business strategies to expand TAM GROUP’s customer base.
•Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by understanding their unique needs.
•Prepare regular reports on sales and financial data for review.
•Identify emerging market trends and competition activities.
•Negotiate and close deals while addressing client concerns effectively.
•Gather and share customer feedback with internal teams to continuously improve.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven track record in B2B sales (2-5 years), preferably within the industrial safety sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage and coach sales teams effectively.
Passion for sales and a commitment to ongoing professional development through seminars and conferences.
Demonstrated ability to drive sales processes from planning to closing deals.
Excellent industry expertise and strategic business sense.
