Job Purpose
Be a member of the Intelligent Network Support Team to ensure a smooth Support& Operation of
the Charging & VAS nodes.
The Job holder will be responsible to maintain the charging system nodes and ensure availability
99.999% of the vital systems
Report To Position Name
Deliver new tools/processes to enhance /minimize the risk of failure during changes
Escalation for incidents and major problems to Team Leader as per agreed process
Successful Support and operation for ALL IN and billing NODES and newly introduced nodes as
per agreed process KPIs Ensure 99.9% availability for IN & billing nodes
On call availability and promptly response outside working hours
Change requests and quality improvements
Follow up Opened cases with Node vendors
Ensure smooth operations and quality of new deployments to ensure high stability ( Minimize
downtime / service hazards )
Develop/enhance processes for speed recovery of outages/leakages
Proper handling for external customer complaints and internal custmer mails
Conduct regular feedback session to highlight the customer chronic concerns and areas of
enhancements
