We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and motivate our high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, developing strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for creating and executing sales strategies that expand our market presence and maintain our competitive edge.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.

• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and inform business decisions.

• Manage key client accounts and foster long-term, profitable relationships.

• Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

• Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for upper management.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development teams to ensure alignment of strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).

• 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.

• Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Strong understanding of distribution networks. 

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

• Ability to travel as required.
