Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Consultant located in Cairo. 

The tour consultant will be responsible for planning and organizing guided tours, advising clients on travel destinations, preparing travel packages, and providing exceptional customer service.

 The role requires close communication with clients to ascertain their needs and preferences and coordinating with local service providers to ensure a seamless travel experience.

Qualifications

Experience in Tours and Travel Consulting

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills

Knowledge of the Travel & Tourism industry in Egypt

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 Experience in creating classic tour packages and Nile Cruises
