- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide tailored technical solutions for wireless telecommunications projects.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Design and propose telecommunications network architectures, including two-way radio and wireless communication systems.
- Develop and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and technical documentation.
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to assess client needs and recommend optimal solutions.
- Liaise with engineering and product teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and align with company offerings.
- Support the sales process by addressing technical queries and providing pre-sales consultancy.
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, bills of materials, and technical proposals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and technical discussions to build strong client relationships.
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.1-4 years of experience in a presales, technical sales, or solutions engineering role within the telecommunications industry.Strong understanding of wireless communication systems, including two-way radio networks.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Proven experience in preparing technical proposals, documentation, and responses to RFPs/RFIs.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Willingness to travel for client meetings and site surveys as required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant engineering software tools.
