- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels.

- Ensure goods are stored in an organized and secure manner.
- Label and categorize items for easy identification and retrieval.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the storage area.
- Issue materials, tools, or equipment to staff as per requests.
- Prepare goods for dispatch and coordinate delivery schedules.
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions, including receipts, issues, and returns.
- Update inventory management systems regularly.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and proper handling of hazardous materials.
- Comply with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.
- Generate inventory reports and provide updates to management.
- Highlight any shortages, surpluses, or issues in stock levels.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Logistics, Business, or related field preferred).( 1–3 ) years experience as a store keeper or similar role. Strong organizational and time management skills.Strong skills in data analysis and reporting using Power BI & ExcelProficiency in inventory management software and basic computer skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to lift and move heavy items when required.
