Duties and responsibilities
- Helping project managers to plan the work programmed.
- Helping coordinate deliveries of drawings, materials and equipment.
- Completing records for site reports.
- Attending site management meetings.
- Resolving problems and implementing improvements.
- Supervising workers, subcontractors and work activities.
- Delivering any required data form site to office.
Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering in Architecture Department is a must.Basic knowledge in Professional conditions, specifications, assets and standards in accordance with Egyptian law.he ability to understand drawings and other contract documents.Strong project management abilities.A good understanding of safety procedures.4-5 years of experience in site supervision.Experience in residential, commercial and educational projects is a must.Computer literacy (MS Office applications)Skills Planning, organizing and coordinating skills.Good communication and negotiation skills.Strong project management, team work and people management skills.Strong presentation and negotiation skills.Report writing skillsFinancial managementEthics and integrity
