Seeking an experienced IT Technical Support Specialist to provide comprehensive technical support to Silicon21 Group. This role focuses on resolving IT issues, resolving Network issues, maintaining software systems, and ensuring smooth IT operations for end-users.
Job Knowledge - Strong experience in laptop maintenance.
- Strong experience with virtual machine management.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Servers Administration is a plus; Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience with configuring Access Points is a plus.
