- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads), ensuring ROI-focused performance.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite), providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Drive SEO and SEM strategies to increase online visibility.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including design, content, and product teams, to ensure alignment across campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging digital technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.5–7 years of proven experience in digital media or digital marketing management roles.Strong command of digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics.Experience managing paid media and performance marketing campaigns.Solid understanding of SEO/SEM strategies, content marketing, and social media planning.Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with industry-specific marketing in sectors such as real estate, infrastructure, urban development fields is a plus.Experience in B2B marketing is a plus.Candidates with FMCG or agency background are welcome to apply.
