  • Develop and implement export sales strategies and plans to achieve targets.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure optimal performance.
  • Identify and penetrate new international markets while building strong relationships with overseas clients and importers.
  • Negotiate with key clients and conclude strategic contracts and partnerships.
  • Oversee export operations (shipping, documentation, customs clearance) and ensure adherence to schedules.
  • Analyze global markets and monitor trends to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and present periodic reports to senior management covering sales, clients, and market performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments (production, quality, logistics) to deliver superior service to clients.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (MBA preferred).Minimum 7 years of experience in export sales, including at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in fresh fruits and vegetables.In-depth knowledge of international markets, export procedures, and trade regulations.Strong leadership skills with the ability to make strategic decisions.Fluency in English (spoken and written); an additional language is an advantage.Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
