- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment and production lines to ensure optimal operation and minimize downtime.
- Diagnose mechanical faults, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions to restore equipment functionality promptly.
- Develop and execute maintenance schedules, ensuring all machinery is serviced according to manufacturer and company standards.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to plan maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.
- Supervise and guide maintenance technicians, providing technical support and training as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance operations.
- Participate in root cause analysis for recurring mechanical failures and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
- Collaborate with suppliers and contractors for procurement of spare parts and specialized maintenance services.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical power Engineering.3 - 5 Years of ExperienceGood Knowledge in steel sheet manufacturing.SAP User Preferred.Very Good Command in English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
