Job Requirements: Mechanical Quantity Surveyor (QS) EngineerEducation & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.Certification in Quantity Surveying (e.g., RICS, CIQS) is an advantage.Additional certifications in contract management or project management are a plus.Experience3–8 years of experience in Quantity Surveying for mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, etc.).Proven experience in cost estimation, tendering, BOQ preparation, and variation management.Experience in MEP or construction industries is essential.
