- Preparing fully detailed structural / Architectural shop drawings using shop drawings.
- Coordination between arch, civil, MEP, and Landscape
- Guiding subcontractors like builders, plumbers, and electricians, and helping them interpret design specifications.
- Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met.
- Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate structural shop drawings and technical documents in compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Collaborate with design, site, and project management teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on structural engineering deliverables.
- Analyze and resolve technical discrepancies, design conflicts, and constructability issues arising during project execution.
- Conduct quantity take-offs, prepare material submittals, and assist in procurement processes for structural elements.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout all technical office activities.
- Participate in technical meetings, workshops, and coordination sessions with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Prepare technical reports, progress summaries, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum of (2-5) years of relevant experience in structural engineering technical office roles.Proven expertise in preparing and reviewing structural shop drawings and technical documentation.Conduct quantity surveying (QS) based on drawings and project specifications.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks and ASD (Autodesk Structural Detailing)Strong understanding of structural design principles, codes, and standards.Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.Strong communication skills for coordination with internal and external stakeholders.Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
