- Participate in the specification of furniture, art, accessories, finishes, lighting and equipment.
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors for FF&E materials.
- Communicating and working with outside consultants, fabricators and product representatives.
Bachelor's degree of Architecture engineering, fine or applied arts.Experience in procurement, preferably in FF&E. preferred experience in hospitality background.Proficiency in CAD.Excellent technical skills, particularly with All CAD software.
