We are building a next-generation AI-native Business Intelligence (BI) tool and seeking a Very Senior UX/UI & Product Designer with exceptional product design capabilities. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design process, translating complex data and AI-powered insights into intuitive, elegant, and powerful user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire product design lifecycle: research → wireframes → prototypes → testing.
- Translate complex BI/data workflows into clean, intuitive, and seamless user journeys.
- Own and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data teams to align design with business strategy.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Mentor junior designers and champion design thinking best practices across the company.
10+ years of proven experience in UX/UI or Product Design, with at least 3+ years in a senior/lead role.Strong portfolio and track record in BI, SaaS, or data visualization products.Advanced proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.Deep knowledge of data visualization, information design, and human-centered design principles.Experience working with AI-driven products is a strong plus.Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
