About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in both the technical and functional aspects of Odoo ERP. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, customizing, and supporting Odoo modules, as well as excellent client-facing and business analysis skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Odoo solutions.
- Customize and configure Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).
- Develop technical enhancements and custom modules when required.
- Provide end-user training and ongoing functional/technical support.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure successful delivery.
- Manage Odoo upgrades, integrations, and troubleshooting.
Requirements:- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in Odoo (technical + functional).- Strong knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo framework.- Good understanding of business processes (finance, supply chain, HR, CRM, etc.).- Experience in full-cycle Odoo implementation projects.- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Nice to Have:- Odoo certification.- Experience with API integrations and third-party applications.- Familiarity with Linux servers and deployment.
