Develop interior and exterior design concepts from sketches to final presentation.
Create high-quality 3D visualizations (renderings, walkthroughs, animations) that reflect the project’s vision and design intent.
Prepare and update detailed drawings in AutoCAD for construction and client presentations.
Collaborate with architects, project managers, and clients to refine design solutions.
Stay updated on design trends, materials, and visualization technologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.Proven experience as an Interior/Exterior Designer with a strong portfolio of 3D visualizations.Advanced skills in 3D design and rendering platforms (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, Rhino, SketchUp, Photoshop).Excellent command of AutoCAD for technical drawings.Strong sense of aesthetics, detail, and materials.Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.PreferredExperience in both residential and commercial projects.Knowledge of animation / VR presentation tools.Strong communication and teamwork skills.
