- Plan and execute all Web, SEO/SEM (Social Engine optimization/Social Engine Marketing), marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns on a corporate and brand levels.
- Design, build and maintain Sanita social media presence resulting in higher brand equity and increasing customer reach engagement and followers.( community management)
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
- Identify trends and insights for the online/digital marketing, and optimize expenditure and performance based on these insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative online growth strategies for ongoing activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and campaigns to optimize user experience.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners for online services including price negotiation, quality of service and feedback.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide them for adoption where appropriate.
- Track online competitors’ activity and report to all brand managers the information needed.
- Manage the corporate website to ensure continuous updates are being implemented and proper maintenance.
- Handle or coordinate where necessary with the customer service, marketing staff and operations customer inquiries and ensure they are resolved/answered.
