HR Manager

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, handle conflicts, and maintain a positive workplace culture.
  • Oversee performance management systems, including appraisals and feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Design and deliver training and development programs to support employee growth.
  • Monitor compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to management for decision-making.
  • Support organizational change and development initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or HR certification is a plus).Proven experience (5–8 years) in HR management or senior HR roles.Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.Ability to manage multiple priorities.
