- Coordinate and oversee all export logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods.
- Prepare and manage export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to arrange transportation and clearance of goods.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve any issues or delays in the export process.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
- Negotiate shipping rates and contracts with logistics service providers to optimize costs.
- Maintain accurate records of export transactions and update internal systems accordingly.
- Collaborate with production, sales, and customer service teams to align logistics activities with business needs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in export logistics.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.3 to 5 years of experience in export operations or logistics, preferably in the manufacturing, plastics industry, or freight forwarding, is a must.Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures, documentation, and customs regulations.Proven ability to manage multiple shipments and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and negotiation skills for dealing with vendors and internal teams.Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.Familiarity with Incoterms and international trade compliance.very Good in English.
