- Develop and update quality procedures, inspection, and testing protocols.
- Lead and train a team of inspectors and technicians.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Identify and implement process improvements and corrective actions.
- Analyze quality data and prepare performance reports.
- Oversee calibration plans for measurement devices.
Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.5–7 years of experience in Quality Control, including a supervisory role.Strong knowledge of QC methodologies, standards, and compliance.Certifications such as Six Sigma, Lean, or ASQ are preferred.Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
