Brand and Communication Specialist

  • Develop and execute integrated brand and communication strategies to enhance Ibn Sina Pharma’s market presence.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Create, edit, and manage engaging content for digital, print, and social media platforms.
  • Support the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns, events, and product launches.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure all communication materials adhere to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in crisis communication and reputation management initiatives as needed.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for brand growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align communication efforts with business objectives.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in brand management, corporate communications, or marketing roles.Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.Proven ability to develop and implement effective communication strategies.Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant design or content management tools.
