- Supervise and enforce safety policies and procedures across all construction and development sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead safety training sessions and workshops for employees, contractors, and site visitors.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, preparing detailed reports and implementing preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international safety regulations and standards.
- Maintain accurate safety records, documentation, and incident logs in accordance with company and legal requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to integrate safety protocols into daily operations.
- Promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement among all staff members.
- Monitor the use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety devices.
- Participate in emergency response planning and drills, ensuring readiness for any onsite emergencies.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in safety supervision, preferably within the construction or property development sector.Proven track record in implementing and managing safety programs on large-scale projects.Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and best practices.Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively train and guide teams.Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and develop practical mitigation strategies.Experience in accident investigation and root cause analysis.Proficiency in maintaining detailed safety documentation and records.Demonstrated ability to work onsite and adapt to dynamic project environments.Commitment to fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.Fluency in English and Arabic is an asset.
