- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers to ensure the best value in terms of quality, price, and delivery for all procurement needs.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with vendors to secure advantageous terms for Mobica’s manufacturing operations.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships to ensure timely delivery and compliance with quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand material requirements and ensure alignment with production schedules.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Track and manage inventory levels, proactively addressing potential shortages or excesses.
- Resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing discrepancies in collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new suppliers, products, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.1-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or purchasing within a manufacturing or industrial environment.Strong negotiation and communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.Solid understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and inventory control.Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.Analytical mindset with the ability to assess supplier capabilities and market trends.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
