- Install, configure, and manage QNAP and Synology NAS devices.
- Design, implement, and maintain backup solutions (local and cloud).
- Administer and monitor file servers, including user access and permissions.
- Ensure secure access for both on-site and remote employees.
- Troubleshoot issues related to storage, backup, and file servers.
- Collaborate with the IT team to enhance system security and performance.
- Implement disaster recovery strategies and conduct regular backup testing.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).2–3 years of hands-on experience in system administration, storage, and backup.Strong knowledge of QNAP, Synology, or similar NAS systems.Solid understanding of backup strategies (incremental, differential, full backup, disaster recovery).Familiarity with file servers, user permissions, and Active Directory integration.Knowledge of VPN access, remote access, and security protocols.
