Bachelor of Pharmacy. Minimum of 4 years and maximum of 6 years of experience in sales, within the insurance sector.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.Strong understanding of TPA services, healthcare insurance products, and market dynamics.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.Experience in client relationship management and business development.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment.Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
