1-5 years of experience in sales, with at least some experience in a leadership or supervisory role.Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment.Adaptability to fast-paced and changing market conditions.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
