Role Overview:
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with tour leaders in Marsa Alam to ensure a steady flow of patient referrals to our clinics and hospital network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with tour leaders and guides to secure patient referrals.
- Provide timely assistance to tour leaders in managing guest medical needs.
- Ensure smooth coordination between clinics, MedPark Hospital, and tour leaders.
- Track and report referral activity and case outcomes.
- Promote awareness of available services to tourism partners on the ground.
Qualifications & Skills:Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, hospitality, or tourism-related fields.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages (German, Russian, Italian) is a plus.Ability to work flexible hours and on-call when required.Resilient, adaptable, and target-oriented.
