1. CFO Office Management

  • Manage and organize the CFO’s schedule (meetings, appointments, calls).
  • Review, summarize, and prioritize incoming correspondence and reports.
  • Prepare and support the development of financial and business presentations and reports.
  • Coordinate across departments to ensure timely execution of the CFO’s directives.
  • Receive visitors and handle communications with professionalism.

2. Board Secretariat Duties

  • Organize and prepare Board of Directors’ and Board Committee meetings.
  • Draft and circulate agendas in coordination with the CFO and Chairman.
  • Record, draft, and distribute official minutes of meetings within set deadlines.
  • Track and follow up on the implementation of Board resolutions and report on progress.
  • Maintain organized, confidential records of Board decisions, minutes, and supporting documents.
  • Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, internal bylaws, and relevant legal requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.7–10 years of proven experience in executive office management and Board Secretariat roles.Strong knowledge of corporate governance frameworks and board regulations.Excellent drafting, reporting, and documentation skills (Arabic & English).Ability to manage highly confidential and sensitive information.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Professional certifications in Corporate Governance or Board Secretariat functions are a plus.
