Recruitment Specialist-Ramp Logistics

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned roles, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.
  • Prepare and extend job offers, and negotiate employment terms as needed.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to HR leadership.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize tasks effectively.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with labor laws and hiring regulations.
